About Dean Germishuys

I have been in Sales and Marketing for the past 40yrs. I had been given the opportunity to work my way up in corporate 26 yrs ago and stayed employed with the same company for 19 yrs. During this time I worked myself up from Sales Consultant to Branch Manager and finally to Regional Sales Manager for Cape Town\ Eastern Cape region after 4 yrs of employment, managing 254 sales consultants and 42 administrators. The above position was challenging and rewarding at the same time as life is all about opportunity. I have three beautiful kids, my daughter Jade who resides in Amsterdam as a graphic designer. My eldest son Jason is a CA in JHB and Ryan, my youngest, was headed for international rugby after spending time with Blue Bulls and Western Province. He is now dedicated to rugby and shares his passion and knowledge with a team that he is coaching in CT but loves living in St Helena Bay. I have recently joined the same establishment that managed to find us our dream home in St Helena Bay " Sunset Coast Properties" Once our Sale was concluded i mentioned to my wife Gail this is potentially an Agency i would love to represent based on professionalism displayed in our transaction. I have now been given the opportunity to move forward and Upwards with "Sunset Coast Properties" And will carry on servicing my existing and future Clients with the same principals that I value!
